WOMEN applauds Angie Vickers, owner of Bompu Studio for being WOW.

Living a healthy, active lifestyle has always been very important to Angie. She discovered a love of cycling and wanting to continue to provide the community of Miramichi with the opportunity to be fit and healthy throughout the winter months, I decided to take cycling indoors. Indoor Cycling 'Spinning' is an extremely popular form of aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bike. It's a low impact exercise that can burn serious calories! You can participate regardless of your age or fitness level simply by adjusting your pace or the tension on the bike. You are in control of the bike, it's your workout! Classes are set to 45-60 minutes of motivating music with a C.O.R.E Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor guiding you through a series of workouts. A great cardiovascular exercise that will contribute to weight loss, increase in energy levels and relief of stress and anxiety. And there's no stress on your knees, hips and other joints like many other forms of cardio tend to cause.

Hot Yoga is powerful and addictive. Classes are between 60-90 minutes, practiced in a room heated to 85-105F with a humidity of 40%. The heat allows you to safely go deeper into asanas (poses or stretches), minimizing muscle strain and reducing injury. People everywhere are discovering the many benefits to both mind and body. De stresses/ relaxes, tones muscles & improves core strength, Increase vitality, promotes weight loss, increase mental clarity, increases flexibility, increases metabolism.....and the list goes on. Anyone and everyone can greatly benefit from a regular practice.

Bompu Studio....good for the mind, good for the body
